Where Does KindestMind Provides Psychological Evaluation Services?
KindestMind provides psychological evaluations for legal, diagnostic, and administrative purposes across multiple states. We work with attorneys, courts, agencies, and individuals to deliver clear, structured reports that can be used in real-world decision-making.
Services are provided through a combination of state licensure and telehealth authorization under PSYPACT, depending on the state.
Telehealth Coverage Areas
What is PSYPACT?
PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows qualified licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating states without needing a separate license in each one.
For clients, this means you can often complete a psychological evaluation remotely, even if your psychologist is based in another state, as long as:
- You are physically located in a participating state at the time of the evaluation
- The psychologist holds the required PSYPACT credentials
- The service is appropriate for telehealth
PSYPACT expands access while still requiring psychologists to follow the laws and standards of the state where the client is located.
Not all states participate in PSYPACT. In those cases, services may still be available through direct state licensure.
