In addition, Dr. Disney has completed more than a thousand pre-employment suitability and fitness-for-duty evaluations for public safety personnel, law enforcement officers, and various government agencies.

Dr. Rabia Subhani is a licensed psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology. Throughout her career, Dr. Stark has lived and worked in a variety of states and countries, gaining experience across diverse settings, including non-profit organizations, university assessment centers, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and outpatient treatment facilities. She has also provided in-home services to autistic individuals—an experience she found especially meaningful and rewarding.

Dr. Stark is trained in all evidence-based trauma therapies and is a firm believer in the power of validating her clients' experiences. She enjoys conducting psychological assessments, facilitating group therapy, and providing supervision to early-career clinicians.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Stark treasures time with her daughter and their five dogs—ensuring there’s never a dull moment at home!

She also has advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Florida Psychoanalytic Center and has completed immigration evaluation training through Physicians for Human Rights and The Immigration Evaluation Training Center.

Her clinical work includes in-depth assessment and therapy for individuals with neurodevelopmental differences such as autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and learning disorders. Clinical and Forensic Psychologist

Dr. Elizabeth Coursen is a licensed psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in psychological, cognitive, neuropsychological, forensic, and diagnostic assessment. She is licensed in Connecticut and New York and authorized to practice interjurisdictionally through PSYPACT. Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of clinical and forensic settings, including private practice, correctional facilities, public safety agencies, and community mental health programs. Her experience encompasses neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions, cognitive and neurocognitive functioning, personality, serious mental illness, substance use, and functional capacity.

Dr. Coursen currently conducts comprehensive evaluations for concerns including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, personality functioning, and cognitive and functional difficulties. Her forensic and public safety experience also includes fitness-for-duty evaluations, psychological risk and threat assessments, and evaluations involving violence and sexual offending risk. She strives to connect with and understand each individual, creating an assessment experience that is collaborative, respectful, and focused on understanding the whole person

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Coursen enjoys CrossFit, spending time with her dogs, and learning about philosophy, spirituality, and personal finance. As both a psychologist and registered nurse, she also has a strong interest in holistic health and nutrition and in understanding the connections between physical health and psychological well-being.
