STEP 1

Request a Consultation
& Complete Your Intake Forms

  • Our intake team will reach out and send you the forms specific to your type of evaluation. These forms help us gather important background information so your clinician can be well-prepared.

STEP 2

Schedule Your Appointment

  • Once your forms are received, our intake team will coordinate with you to schedule your appointment at a time that works for you. Depending on the type of evaluation requested, you may need more than one session to complete the process. If so, we’ll walk you through what to expect and ensure you're fully informed each step of the way.

STEP 3

Attend Your Psychological Evaluation

  • You’ll meet with one of our licensed clinicians for a thorough, compassionate evaluation tailored to your needs. All evaluations are conducted via secure telehealth.
  • During the appointment, you’ll have a detailed interview covering personal and mental health history. Our objective is to gather information that provides a comprehensive, unbiased understanding of your psychological needs.
  • Please note: Immigration law may require an interpreter, even if our evaluator speaks your language. You may arrange your own interpreter, or we can provide one for an additional fee.

STEP 4

Receive Your Evaluation Report

  • After your evaluation is complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive written report with professional findings and, if applicable, diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
